One of the site's rules says "Do not post personal criticism of other members".

Well, this rule is breached dozens of time every day, but with no attempt made
by the moderators to censure it or penalise the culprit(s).

Yes, it's the reason why it's unadvisable to post any personal information publicly unless the poster is 100% comfortable being called on it because, sooner or later, they will be called on it.
