Looks like if you are near Melbourne though 1 search is saying Canberra , I would take down the IP, it can be unsafe to expose it. You may have a VPN or other protection which would explain your confidence. The Trace route goes to Melbourne then seems to be in a never ending loop at least up to 100 lines of going nowhere. It seems to be a Telstra service and there are known default passwords to Telstra routers which could expose you somewhat.
