I think Boris and others have provided supporting evidence, Bbwian. The savage violence and dysfunction in some of the remote Aboriginal towns is beyond dispute. Nobody doubts it any more.
Cannibalism AS PART OF THE CULTURE in some remote tribes is also established beyond dispute. When it stopped, if it did, and why is a matter of conjecture. Like all the other dreadfully primitive and violent aspects of Aboriginal culture, it is kept as hidden as possible. But most other dreadful aspects of remote Aboriginal cultural practices have not stopped so why cannibalism has, if it has, is not explained.

Children are raped and murdered and often it is not reported and recorded.

I worked for the Health department and lived in the NT for many years and saw terrible things while you were in the Inner City sipping lattes and spouting crap because you know nothing and have no experience.

Children are born unrecorded and are raped and murdered unrecorded - the homicide rate is 1000% that of where you live all safe sipping your Latte

substantiations, 53.0% were female and 47.0%
were male. Nationally, 50.0% were female, 4.3%
were male and 1.7% did not state gender.
 The most common type of substantiated abuse
was emotional abuse at 46.3%, followed by
neglect at 26.9% and physical abuse at 21.7%.
This is consistent with national data where the
most common type of substantiated abuse was
emotional abuse at 53.9%, followed by neglect at
22.5% and physical abuse at 14.1%. (Table 2)
