How good is tbone.
Do you like the way I cooked it?

I cook it a few minutes more than you did.   Wink

You like medium?
That came out exactly as I like it.

yes medium - yours is rare.

The proper way.

Small eye fillet on one of them.

I would argue that's a rib steak not a TBone with butcher

Miseur Gordon, of course, our beef is fresh.

Our waiter is delivering your chosen beef to your table-side for you to select the slab you want.

Please don't thank me. Effusive fawning and obeisance of disciples, mendicants, and foot-kissers embarrass me.

Last Monday I made gf vanilla cupcakes with vanilla butter icing… I bought these cup cake boxes to put the little cakes in as I intend to gift often. Winter makes me bake cakes more often than in summer.
So half dozen nicely presented cupcakes went with hubby to his workplace for mechanics in shed … it went down well!

Guess what’s cooking?
Accompanied with brocolli.
Then I make gravy with the juice from pan.
And it’s freezing with hailstones here, good roast dinner weather.

That pumpkin? One vege I cannot eat—maybe Mum stuffed too much trombone down our throats while they were saving to buy a house?

Ah, OK.

Beetroot I do not like but can get some down.

Pity I don’t like pumpkin: it is cheap, easy to grow and no doubt nutritious.

My younger sister likes it—she was born after we left the Immigration Hostel. Doubt my older sister likes it and Mum wasn’t much in favor of it either. My nieces etc all eat it.

Hmm finishing dinner with a Coal River ashed Brie, lovely and smooth and rich and a hard cheese, not a cheddar, tangy,
washed down with a half glass of claret.

I grow my own sweet potatoes along with normal potatoes. These are the easiest veges to grow too!
