There was a user here who used to do that - can't remember his name right now.

He was able to put individuals on 'Ignore', and their posts would still appear but they contained no text.

On his screen I'd imagine.

by definition a browser plugin means the server is sending me posts and i can change what it does. I will alternate between hiding posts and changing the name to cuntface and disabling the reply button

"A browser add in gets to interact with the HTML as it comes from the site. I can just use a regex to find the HTML for a post based on matching the text that shows who posted it, then either strip it, or replace the name and/or disable the reply button. Sounds like a 90 minute project to me.
