Someone said we could not judge a person's Aboriginality on their skin colour.  Why isn't that applied in the matter of Pascoe?  Tsk, tsk, tsk...   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

I'm on the verge of disconnecting from all this bullshit.

Life would be so much better, living in ignorance of the politics and lies.

Pro-life disease

That just about sums up the terminal, irredeemable evil of the progressive, anti-life Left.

The rage monkeys like Bbwian et al label any alternative view of the world, including life affirming views, as a 'disease' - like the nazis and the communists whose heirs they truly are.

Defend Abortion Action Group organiser Ana Obradovic said the timing of the event, ahead of South Australia's bill coming into effect, was "outrageous" and "shameless".

Ana Obradovic? Who she??

Ana Obradovic
UoA SRC President, M Teach student.
Socialist Alternative Adelaide University club president, USCJ state convenor

Ah....

USCJ - Uni Students for Climate Justice. And almost needless to say, a future teacher.

Home school your kiddies while you can. The ratbags are coming for them.

Instead of more focus on pro- before birth life, how about improving the quality of life after birth?  Like the homeless, weak and vulnerable - who are actually in danger of dying from neglect.

So, at what point after conception, should a human life be protected by law, and why that particular point?

These are sad people who are jumping on the latest trend from the US, same as the ones with no ability to think for themselves jumped on the BLM bandwagon, which, like this latest allegedly 'pro life' movement, has no relevance whatsoever to Australia. Of course the ABC can always be relied upon to sensationalise what seems to be a fairly minor issue.  Roll Eyes

Nothing has changed here in NSW - we can't be responsible for bodies in the barrel South Australia etc... if they're stupid enough to imagine that some US decision affects the whole world that's their problem....

They ARE different west of the Great Dividing Line down the Queensland/New South Wales/Victoria western borderlines... it's the water, I tellz yez....

"Pro-choice protesters cannot respect people with an alternative view, though, and that is so disappointing for democracy in this state; the noisy, angry, violent, hateful left, that's not the sort of politics I want to be involved in.

"I want to be involved in a progressive agenda for this state that casts an alternative vision for this state.

"A hundred young women are attending this event — young women who want to be involved in the leadership of this state — but because of violent threats against those young women, that event has had to be moved, that event has needed police protection, that event has needed to have security and that is because of the hate perpetuated against those young women.

"How disappointing is that."

And how unsurprising.

Let's say that a "normal" pregnancy is 39 weeks.  So I'd agree with termination up
until the 24th week week, after which point the foetus has the best chance of viability.
At that stage though, it still only has a 50% chance of survival.  Birth before 23 weeks
is usually considered previable, which means there's virtually no chance of survival.

I'm strongly pro-abortion for all females if requested.

The viability point is widely used - but of course a newborn baby is not 'viable' without constant parental care for years.
Abortion is a lot more complex than drawing a line at a particular number of weeks.

This is what you're happy to kill, this is 23 weeks.
