small numbers bobby.

3 people in qld have been killed in the last month after being struck whilst attending to broken down vehicles.

if carl would just agree to lower the speed limit to 20 kph this would not have occured.

you cant be too safe

you cant put a price on a human life.

why wont carl put people before punctuality

Here's hoping it won't climb back up to over 50 deaths
every day here in Australia.

I think that people in aged care rest homes and
end of life palliative care should NOT be counted.
They could die from a common cold or
even falling over on to soft carpet so
their deaths slew the statistics unfairly creating fear and mass hysteria.

How ridiculous.

If someone dies from the virus, they must be included in the COVID-19 statistics.

If they die from falling over onto soft carpet, then they should be included in the falling on soft carpet statistics.

What about the 'died from vaccine complications'  category.

What about ' died from vaccine complications after coerced into receiving vaccine'  category?

Another good idea.

I suddenly became curious as to why aquascoot seems to have this ridiculous obsession with comparing Covid deaths to car accident deaths.

And then it all became clear.

Your analogy comparing coronavirus to car accident deaths is bad

March 24, 2020

Quote:
Eager to get America's businesses up and running again, presumably including his own, President Trump on Monday evening suggested that the country managed to maintain economic activity despite tens of thousands of deaths in car accidents each year. Why shut down over the coronavirus pandemic when we stay open despite car crashes?

“You look at automobile accidents, which are far greater than any numbers we're talking about,” Trump said. “That doesn't mean we're going to tell everybody no more driving of cars. So we have to do things to get our country open."

He was not the first to draw this analogy, nor was it the first time that he had done so. It is, however, a bad analogy.

I wouldn't be surprised if aqua read this over 2 years ago and he's been obsessed with it ever since.

And then he has the nerve to keep telling us another member is obsessed with Trump.  Roll Eyes

Priceline gave me a free RAT kit so that I can perform up to 5 tests on myself to check for covid 19. Negative result for today. I let my mother (who had 40 years of nursing experience) know what I had done. Her response back was that it was a waste of a test, given that I was not sick. I told her that it was practice for when I get unwell. And there was no guarantee that I could not be asymptomatic. Her response: "Good point". Really? 40+ years in nursing, and she did not understand the symptoms of a virus we have known about for the last 2 years.

The doctors and nurses just parrot whatever the Govt. tells them.
They don't think for themselves.
They can get into a lot of trouble and lose their license
if they have their own thoughts.
It's a bit like the Thought Police in 1984.

The most that the doctors and nurses cared about what the government told them was that their jobs were very secure because of this pandemic scare. Other than that, the doctors and nurses do their jobs independent on what the government tells them.

No - don't you remember doctors having their surgeries invaded by cops?
How many doctors lost their practising certificates
for not following the ATAGI line?
