No vacc Novak should be barred from competing, should not get a chance for any possible prize money, should suffer watching someone else get the accolades and the cash and maybe take his top spot, and should be made to do it from the comfort of his own home back in Yugosville.

That's exactly what he is .... he's been spreading Covid like a rat with the plague.

He was handing out trophies in Serbia at a young players presentation the day after he received a positive test ... illegal by Serbian standards..

he then travelled to Spain whilst positive & lied about his status ...

which compounded the lie he told on his Visa application to come to Australia.

He was told he had to be double vaxxed to enter Australia .... he isn't ... & he didn't qualify for the medical exemption because having had Covid does not exempt you from being vaccinated.

Bottom line is he's a anti-vaxx liar & should get the boot.

As for the MAGISTRATE ..... on what grounds does SHE have the right to overrule Fed Govt health regulations & Border control?

With a pithy response " what more could he have done"? (based on emotion not fact)

Well not lying on his paperwork would have been a start.

In other news, while tens or hundreds of thousands of people can't find a RAT (or get a PCR test) we have this:

Neil Breen slams Tennis Australia’s plan to use 40,000 RATs amid Djokovic saga

Part of the reason for the RAT shortage is that some idiots are hoarding those now - and testing themselves over and over. Reports are that even people who have returned a positive test are still doing it, and are invading the test centres and clogging up the system over and over

Start a panic and they all go mad like rats in a barrel.... and in doing so are spreading the disease as fast as a Djokovic ............... Coles have quickly moved to restrict sale of some items already.. several days ago.

Dopey sheila in a job way over her head - nothing new there. They need a serious review of why they even put people in that job who have no idea one way or the other. Maybe there needs to be a special course for 'magistrates' so they actually understand their job, and not just apparently random appointment of some old mate (again). Look around you at the courts - HTF does that character get to sit in judgement of other people's lives?

Royal Commission into the judiciary and into jurisprudence.... NOW!

Jeez - everyone should get that defence on - I walked away from a possible fight, but they followed me... what more could I have done? Not my fault one died.....

I tried to keep my drinking within the legal limit before driving... skipped a few minutes here and there and calculated carefully... what more could I have done?

The pawnbroker was closed - I tried two to get some money and rang a mate, but eventually had to rob an old lady for it. What more could I have done?
