Especially on a Friday afternoon/evening and of course the weekend. What do you enjoy on your bbq? What type of BBQ do you have/love using? If you have pics then why not put them up. I have a 4 burner stainless bbq and love to cook on it.
Steaks always taste better.
Veggies are great according to the kids and wife ( I like my veggies raw)

Have you tried sliced potatoes on the hotplate ?
Cut tgem about 1cm thick pour a bit of oil on them and shake some steak spice.
Cook until they start to brown.....beautiful.

Fish wrapped in alfoil with spices and lemon slices.
Or if salmon, just cooked on the hotplate.

The only thing I struggle with is roasts.
I have a built in rotisserie, but I just can't seem to get it just right.
Either over or under cooked.
We don't do it often, so probably need practice.

Recently bought a pizza oven that goes on the bbq, works ok, but I still prefer the oven.

A BBQ should be fired by charcoal or wood. A gas BBQ—easier to cook in the kitchen.

But a hot smoker puts even more flavor in the food. Charcoal is the fuel, chunks of wood soaked overnight provide the smoke that flavors the food. Apricot and peach etc—lovely light sweet smoky flavor. Smoking does take more time than BBQing—all things worth while take time and effort to make.

You can buy offset and water smokers at BBQs Galore, Bunnings etc.

That's right. We, hubby and kids. It's called a family.

We Conservatives believe in FAMILY ie a man who marries a woman and has children. Husband, wife and their sons and/or daughters. Family.

This is a concept left retarded incels find it impossible to understand. It's simply beyond their comprehension. Well our household consists of a family. And we bbq our food whenever we can. It tastes yummy AND it gets the boys outside together to do some cooking. What a shame you've never experienced such a normal activity. And that you never will. Oh well.

Now if you don't mind...I started this topic to discuss bbq food.
