That's like someone asking me to justify the figures on Muslim crime - state by state I gave figures on overall Muslim population percentage against Muslims in prison... sure - the NT and WA ran a low figure - they don't have many Mussos and usually of the more benign professional type ... so the peccarys and rhinos of the earth think that's all there is.
