You left out goat meat, Mother's vine and the Paki neighbours, Homo. I think your best work is ahead of you.

All Gordon's got is Aussie, Curry-shitters and an old one, Muhammed the ejaculator.

What to do tomorrow.

Morning: Weights/run
Day: Swim
Arvo: Walk the dog

Mr. Johnson met Churchill himself in October 1946 when he was a boy about to go up to Oxford. “He gave me one of his giant matches he used for lighting cigars. I was emboldened by that into saying, ‘Mr. Winston Churchill, sir, to what do you attribute your success in life?’ and he said without hesitating: ‘Economy of effort. Never stand up when you can sit down, and never sit down when you can lie down.’ And he then got into his limo.”

I get some of my best business ideas when I'm walking.

Why not run then?

I do, but when I run I tend to switch off, zone kind of thing.
I think a long brisk walk gets enough endorphins going to get some interesting thought patterns happening.

yes, walking does change ones thinking.
Perhaps your mind relaxes when walking?

You've come up with some pearlers in your time, Sprint, but something tells me you were sitting down.

Walking is good sprint but jogging is probably better

Think of it this way

If you just set a human being down on a chair in an empty room
Fairly quickly he would start to develop nothing but negative self-talk and anxiety

That's why solitary confinement is a cruel punishment

Now when you exercise
Oxygen is diverted to your muscles
And your brain which actually uses a lot of oxygen at rest
Gets shut down

Those negative emotions don't materialize when you're exercising
Because your body is concentrating on sending the oxygen and sugar to your muscles

It's why exercise is really really beneficial

And sitting down is really really detrimental

When we are dealing with a virus which definitely spreads in confined spaces
What we should be doing is all out exercising
In the fresh air

It would help demolish the anxiety and hypochondria which now appears to have gripped many Australians
And it would also pose no threat of viral transmission

I actually heard the chief health officer of Queensland reaffirm last night that footballers in hotel quarantine must now gaffer tape there sliding door shut and send a picture of the gaffer tape to the authorities

It's almost unbelievable that someone could be so poorly scientifically informed and be making policy decisions

Typical MSM making up bullshyte stories to try and sway public opinion.
When are they going to learn that the majority of Australians can see they are controlled propagandists?

Police track plans for more anti-lockdown protests, organisers warned

https://www.smh.com.au/national/nsw/police-track-plans-for-more-anti-lockdown-pr...

Quote:
Police are monitoring the online planning of further anti-lockdown protests and are pre-emptively approaching organisers to warn them against going ahead with the “selfish” events.

Quote:
NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Mal Lanyon said they knew further protests were in the works and were proactively intervening with targets.

“Social media and a range of covert methods are being used by these people to organise because it’s very clear, they are aware that what they are organising is illegal. They are aware that the majority of the community do not support it,” he said.

“We have sufficient numbers of intelligence officers and [are] using other methodologies to identify how these are being organised and who wishes to take this.”

Yep, not surprising that the idiots might be planning more protests, especially after the 4 week extension of Sydney's lockdown announced yesterday.

Jokes apart, there is a lot to what you are saying.

rubbish ...
no one was trying to kick him
except for maybe his wife when he got home. He was at an illegal march, during a lock down ... the cops use the horses size to try to disperse the crowds. If you don't like it don't join a rally during a lockdown. I hope they throw the book at him

The footage clearly shows otherwise.

Nice try though.

If only the police were on bicycle.

If only some of them weren't psychopaths.

It can be done walking, yes, but seated is good too.
