Oh yeah NorthOfNorth !!!    ....you have surely got me 'on the boards'.

"The answer to Islamic violence is Islamic peace."

- Reza Aslan

"The answer to Islamic bigotry is Islamic pluralism."

- Reza Aslan

These 'pronouncements' from a follower of ISLAM, are pure ORWELLIAN Doublespeak.

Islamic peace ??

Islamic pluralism ??

< ----     These are mythical, non-existent 'creatures'. !!!!!

This is faerie-land talk.

.

'ISLAMIC',     ...as from Allah, the God of ISLAM.....

"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), never will it be accepted of him;...."
Koran 3.85
.....AKA ISLAM, promoting ISLAMIC pluralism.

"O ye who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto Him)."
Koran 9.123
.....AKA ISLAM, promoting ISLAMIC peace.

"Fighting [against disbelievers] is prescribed for you, and [if] ye dislike it.....Allah knoweth, and ye know not."
Koran 2.216
.....AKA ISLAM, promoting ISLAMIC peace.

Reza Aslan is a kvnt, even a deceitful, lying kvnt.

What are you, NorthOfNorth ?

The borough of London is full of followers of ISLAM.

They, voted for Sadiq Khan.

And, many Australian electorates are full of followers of ISLAM too.

You see, Brian, this is what happens when you're disingenuous about why you start a thread.

Next time you're thinking of doing it, stick around to defend your point; and make sure you even have one, other than just stirring up the cesspool.

Yes NorthOfNorth,

Quote:

NorthOfNorth,

This [above] is the solution [to the 'problem' of ISLAM].

Everyone knows this.     /sarc off

ISLAM is beautiful, and peaceful.     /sarc off

You just have to listen to us [i.e. the followers of ISLAM] and to trust us,
because we know what the real ISLAM looks like.

And it is peace and love, all around.

HONEST !!!!!

.

An argument.....

Yadda said....
Quote:

Dictionary;
Muslim = = a follower of Islam.

Google;
Shahada, confession of faith, of a muslim

"There is no god except for Allah alone; and Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah."

Today, many moslems - living in Australia - are insisting that we, Australians, must be forced to believe the incredible;

"I'm a moslem, and i worship Allah, and i revere Mohammed his messenger.
And i know that Allah calls for the enslavement and/or murder of all non-moslems - THROUGH JIHAD [religious fighting, when moslems have that 'opportunity'].

But i don't follow that part of my faith.

HONEST!"

Dictionary;
incredible = =
1 impossible to believe.
2 difficult to believe; extraordinary.

Oh, dear, it appears that some people just have to invent and peddle their Islamophobia without any good reason.  It appears the voters in London don't share their views.   Khan has been an effective politician and has no interest in the bullshit that the Islamopobes peddle.

More importantly, Brian, Khan rejects and despises Islamism (extreme, violent Islam).

Making Khan your toy makes you no better than anti-Islam fanatics.

You're just the flipside of the same coin... A crypto-racist. There was no need for this thread.

You had nothing to offer other than expressing your predisposition to being as bitchy as a pubescent girl.

You'd best be getting back to cleaning toilets.

Au contraire monsieur.  It was a notable event that shows that not everyone is an Islamophobe.   Khan was elected by Londoners to be their mayor.  This is something Islamophobes spit chips at.  They refuse to accept that their views are very much in the minority.  I have no desire to rub anyone's face in anything.  However, considering the Islamophobic views I read daily here, it is obvious they need some enlighening.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Turnout - 42%.  Khan's margin of that - 55%.  So 23%  - less than a quarter - of eligible Londoners gave Khan a second term.

London demographics :  37% of the population were born outside the UK, including 24.5% born outside of Europe.

The majority of Londoners are British citizens.  Why did they vote for Brexit?  Why is that vote more valid than Khan's re-election?  I didn't read any posts from you protesting at the Brexit vote...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Multiculturalism was a feature of London even in Shakespeare's time when having been born anywhere in Britain more than 100 miles from London could be considered foreign in accent, language and culture. It's why Shakespeare's blank verse tends to rhyme when spoken in the mixed accents of Shakespeare's times. Listen to Ben Crystal's recitation of Shakespeare in its original pronunciation.

And never mind multiculturalism of Londinium in Roman times.

And they voted for a muslim who's had dealings with terrorists organizations

And he said innocent people have to deal with terrorism when it comes along, it's part and parcel of life in a city (just like Kabul in Afghanistan)

Who weeps for London over religiosity or ethics?

London has been the command centre for Catholic persecution from Henry VIII to Victoria and the command-centre for pogroms against the Irish from Cromwell to George VI.

London was the command-centre for the African slave trade from 1640 to 1807.

The City of London is fundamentally run by a an unaccountable criminal cartel that embezzles funds offshore to hide wealth and avoid taxes.

The City is of course a separate structure compares to the city of London itself, you realise?  The City is where all the financial dealing occurs.  The city of London is where all the Londoners live...  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Oh, dearie, dearie, me.  You don't like being corrected, do you?  You respond with hostile language instead of accepting criticism for what it is.  You were mistaken.  Grow up, show you're an adult and accept the criticism.  If I was mistaken, point out that I am mistaken, in an adult, sensible manner.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
