Oh, dear, it appears that some people just have to invent and peddle their Islamophobia without any good reason.  It appears the voters in London don't share their views.   Khan has been an effective politician and has no interest in the bullshit that the Islamopobes peddle.

My god, you are one sad twat.

By posting that, you too have made a 'thing' of his ancestry... Maybe Sadiq Khan doesn't see himself as your token Muslim... Thought of that?

He may.  Do the Islamophobes though?  Going by what has been posted, it doesn't appear so.  Tsk, tsk.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Brian,
stop trolling Ozpolitic -
you know that almost everyone here except you is anti-Muslim,
anti-terrorist.

He may.

So you don't know. You don't know him. You don't know his take on his place in British society.

I'm guessing he is sure he's a serious politician and not a token Muslim 'who's done very well, considering...'

Who would have thought?

"Sadiq Khan has historically maintained close relational and professional ties with groups associated with both Al-Qaeda and ISIS. During the 1990’s, Khan’s brother-in-law Makbool Javaid gave fiery public addresses advocating jihad and whose name even appeared on a fatwa calling for holy war against the United Kingdom and United States."

There's a reason you didn't quote the source, isn't there.

Who's surprised?

"In order to remain “politically correct” the British media has failed to report the fact that London mayor Sadiq Khan, a so-called “liberal Muslim”, has been affiliated with organizations tied to Hamas, Al-Qaeda, Al Nusra, ISIS and the Muslim Brotherhood."

Remember this?

"Rather than focusing on combatting terror, Khan has used his forum to tell Londoners as well as citizens in other parts of Europe and the United States that “
the West must learn to live with terrorism as a part of daily life.

In chronological order...

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3270034/Sadiq-Khan-Labour-s-candidate-L... - from 17 February 2016
https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/khan-struggles-to-shake-off-link-to-convicted... - from April 17 2016
https://thefederalist.com/2016/05/09/londons-new-muslim-mayor-is-suspiciously-fr... - from MAY 9, 2016
https://newspunch.com/sadiq-khan-muslim-mayor-isis/ - from March 27, 2017
https://www.aap.com.au/what-londons-mayor-really-said-about-terror-attacks-and-b... - from December 20, 2019

So, in 5 years, the only mention of Sadiq Khan and Islamism was from no earlier than March 2017

The aap in December 20, 2019, reviewed what Sadiq Khan actually said - their verdict regarding what that Khan actually said had been misquoted (the misquote fueled, of course, by Trump)...

Even Australia's ABC admitted to wrongly adding fuel to the misquote:

Misleading Q&A question on Sadiq Khan should have been corrected, ABC admits

Viewers accuse Q&A of ‘fake news’ over incorrect claim that London mayor said terrorism was ‘part and parcel’ of living in a big city after Westminster attack

https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2017/mar/29/misleading-qa-question-on...

So what was Khan misquoted as saying:

" 'terror attacks are ‘part and parcel of life in a big city’ "

What did he actually say:

“Part and parcel of living in a great global city is you’ve got to be prepared for these things, you’ve got to be vigilant, you’ve got to support the police doing an incredibly hard job, you got to support the security services.”

No further reports of Sadiq Khan (other than a rehash and an article setting the record straight) since 2016.

Closing all of the pubs and liquor outlets, and banning the drinking of alcohol in the borough of London,
is on Sadiq Khan's to do list.

Sadiq Khan is a follower of ISLAM and he does promote ISLAMIC religious values in London.

Like every follower of ISLAM in England, Sadiq Khan wants to make England, ISLAM.

Slowly, slowly, catchee monkey.

The leaven of evil.

Nothing on this earth has had a greater impact on shaping our society, than leftwing social engineering from preschool through to university.

Well, it was a failure, we now have to be prepared for worldwide terrorism.

Well past the time to sit back, take a good look at where we started to go wrong and fix the problem.
