They spend all the money making Venice neat & tidy, and unfortunately the surrounding suburbs miss out.

It's quite noticeable when you drive to that driver-less train that takes you over to Venice.

Pretty grotty on all the backstreets.

They are running out of time to be ready for the Olympics. Still another 3 years to go. But they are screwed if the games were to be hosted by next year. Even the Japanese are running out of time for their games in 3 months to have something to show.

If 2006 was anything I could judge Paris, the region is just one multiracial cesspool of violence and immigrant supremacism. I have seriously not heard much from Paris in the last 10 years at least. Has there been a media blackout of the city?
