[quote author=Frank link=1617418878/53#53 date=1618016482]I dont see how it is 'targeting colured' voters. To claim that it is doing so is just insane.
Every normal jurisdiction has a system of ensuring that only eligible voters do vote. How is ensuring that in America 'targeting coloured people'???
The number of people who do not have voter identification documents are disproportionately coloured or disadvantages. Backup methods of ID would solve the issue however creating the problen is the intention of the legislation
Being 'coloured or disadvantage' does not convey automatic voting rights. They still need to be able to prove eligiblility.
The Australian method is eminently sensible. Prove your identity at registration, get crossed off the register when voting showing proof of id, registers are cross checked to detects attempts of multiple voting.
Ive never ever been asked for ID when voting. In fact no one gets asked for ID, you just give them your name and address.
At least where you vote, if voting changed anything it would be illegal.
Give me your name and address and I will stand in line and cast your vote for you! Just don't expect me to vote as you would.
Do you think that's what happened in the 2020 election?
Or are you simply unhappy with the result of the election, and are looking for a "change" to voting laws, to ensure that what happened then, never happens again?
https://lindelltv.com/Am I unhappy with the results? Since massive voter fraud gave us a senile puppet in the White House of course I am unhappy with the results! Watch and try to disprove the facts of Mike Lindells videos. After five years of liberal denial that Trump won the 2016 election because the Left didn't cheat hard enough people who question the results of 2020 are censored. You can falsely claim Russia stole one election but will be banned by Media claiming voter fraud in the last one.
You keep talking about "massive voter fraud".
Why is that?
This topic has, frankly, been done to death, resurrected, and done to death again since the election.
No evidence of the "massive fraud" the Qanon and conspiracy theorist half-wits continue to bleat about.
Just vague references to "Servers" (which are yet to see the inside of a Court room as evidence of any ""fraud").
Just tell it like it is.
Trump got done. Handily.
You hate that result, and cannot/will not accept it.
Therefore, the election MUST have been rigged (even though no-one has been able too present any credible evidence that it was), and so things MUST be changed, to ensure that the next time your guy runs, he is a certainty to be elected.
As someone else noted, here in Australia we have an independent body set up to run elections at arm's length from Government.
If people in the U.S are so "concerned" about voter fraud, perhaps they should be calling for the establishment of a similar body over there...
(But no, because Republican State Governors wouldn't be able to manipulate things to try and suppress voting, if an independent body ran things...would they?
)
Quote:Where is the evidence for Republicans manipulating and suppressing voting?
Evidence of suppression - such as closing voting centres, removing mail-in ballot boxes and so on has been highlighted in this forum ad nauseum. I didn't mention "manipulation".
Quote:You question the fraudulent, trucked-in votes, the stop-start counts, the barring of bipartisan observers, the days and days of manufacturing presidential votes but not corresponding Congressional and Senate votes - but assert Republican manipulation and suppression in your stride. You are very obviously lopsided here.
You're the one suggesting those things happened. Not me.
On the highlighted bit, is that the one which gave rise to one of the Court cases? The Court case where the judge asked something like "How many Republican observers were in the room?" and the lawyer representing Trump's people said something like "It was a non-zero number".
Again, where is the hard proof of wide-scale fraud occurring in the 2020 election?
Not "I think this happened"
Not "But someone said that this happened".
Not "But "Servers"!
They say that keeping the mind agile helps keep it "young". Which suggests (to me at least) that many of the people continuing to push the "fraudulent" 2020 election barrow will be mentally young for many years.
They'd have to be, given the mental gymnastics many seem to be going through.
I reckon I lost track of how many different places were supposed to be "in on" the conspiracy. Germany, Spain, Italy.
So many people still believe the election was "stolen", apparently. All with zero hard evidence to underpin that belief.
*shrugs*
