Who knows? Climate proxy data has wide error bars. Even the modern thermometric data for GLOBAL temperatures has wide error bars. Local data has been manipulated. BoM homogenises old data by comparing data from hundreds of kilometres away. So a station moved 20m to 500m is supposed to be comparable with that data. It isn't.

Example Marble Bar it no longer has the title of "hottest town in Australia". BoM lowered the temperature by looking at stations 100's of kilometres away.

BoM also adjusted in ACORN-2 about 209 maximum temperature for "statistical" reasons.

I already have petal. The data is too noisy to tell whether we have global warming or global cooling.

So the temperature of the earth is about 288Kelvin. Change has been centred around that. So IF there were 2K warming it would be a change of about 0.7%. Remarkably stable. Wink

I think you've misunderstood the intentions
of those who have posted evidence for a cooling climate.
It's more a rebellious intention to post
evidence that is not part of the main stream news narrative.

We can agree I'm sure that most news about cold weather
events all over the planet is conveniently left out of the news?
Ozpolitic can be proud that at least we see the true record of events.
