I have one question for you. Do you want these people here?

on one side of me is josh, a beef farmer.
on the other is shayne a dairy farmer.

whenever one of their cows get onto my place, they come and get it real quick because they dont want them to breed with the other herd.

the most productive famrs (farms being a euphemism for countries) dont just mix everything up, higgledy piggledy.

merkel now admits that she got it wrong letting all those syrians inand mixing them in higgledy piggledy

but, yes, you need to improve your bloodlines.

we should be on the lookout for people who would improve our bloodlines.

i am a big fan of allowing the chinese in as i think they (like myself) are very industrious people.  probably same with the scots and the danes.

now, regarding this gent with the corn cob hat.

in another thread that lazy lazy lazy whiteknight is bemoaning price rises in fruit and veges.
thats because he (and about 10 million other aussies ) are fat lazy entitled chodes who would never cope with picking fruit and veges.

this chappie with the corn hat obviously knows how to pick vegetables.

he looks lean and hardy and able to do a hard days work .

i would think that importing him and 10,000 of his mates and then doing a direct switch (rounding up 10,000 obese unemployed in rural towns and back shipping them ) would be a good deal.

i'd be for that.

he is welcome.
he can have white knights public housing unit and he can start picking fruit and veges and he will be awesomely rewarded, as shall we.

this is steven coveys win/win (rule 3).

if his berth on the ship that brings him here is backfilled with an entitled chode then its a win/win/win

The 16th century??? Aristotle's works were lost to the west for nearly 1000 years due to the rise of Christianity and the church fathers seeing nothing in Aristotle but a threat to the supremacy of scriptural texts.

You are confused, ol' Chinaman.

The entire medieval philosophical project (peaking in Thomas Aquinas) was about reconciling Aristotle with Christianity.

Having rediscovered Aristotle in the 12th century.

No.  You are as wiki stupid and ignorant as Bbwian. Not quite as tendentious but not far off.

Anicius Manlius Severinus Boethius (born: circa 475–7 C.E., died: 526? C.E.) has long been recognized as one of the most important intermediaries between ancient philosophy and the Latin Middle Ages and, through his Consolation of Philosophy, as a talented literary writer, with a gift for making philosophical ideas dramatic and accessible to a wider public. He had previously translated Aristotle’s logical works into Latin, written commentaries on them as well as logical textbooks, and used his logical training to contribute to the theological discussions of the time. All these writings, which would be enormously influential in the Middle Ages, drew extensively on the thinking of Greek Neoplatonists such as Porphyry and Iamblichus.

Hard to say, dear. Are you suggesting the owners of movies should have their views CENSORED?

Sam Goldwyn would be rolling in his grave. How dare you dictate what his audience wants to read?

Aquascoot and I have no problem with Biden burning Ooga Booga pictures, but for heaven's sake, don't tell "noble capitalists" like MGM how to uphold their own code.

They've only voluntarily censored themselves since 1934.

You?

I'm not bound by those rules.
It's strange that movies made under those strict rules are now forbidden.
How perception changes with time.

Forbidden?

Ee-gad, are you saying we can no longer watch Gone With the Wind?

What's happened to the world? Have the leftards burned the film as well?

Well, allow me:  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Yes, I've noticed that...

A lot of infuriated verbosity in his posts ...

I wonder why that is? Nothing else to expend psychic energy on... Or...?

Ironically, conservatives have criticized and even tried to remove certain Seuss books (e.g., The Lorax) because they saw the message as being too liberal - environmentalism = anti-business.
Now, liberals want to delete him for other works from different part of his career.
The publisher has decided to remove 6 books from publication. It is their perfect right to make that choice, one which I do not agree with but it is clear that they are protecting the Dr Seuss books' brand for the long-term.  Disney did the same thing by removing The Song of the South from their catalogue.

...if you go by Hollywood movies.

European History shows a 'Token Black Man' in every  major historical event.

Is Hollywood changing other nation's histories?
Will the kids of tomorrow think that Europe always had Token Black Men throughout their ages?

Oh, and then there's the 'Horns' in Viking Helms Roll Eyes

It will actually lead to book burning at schools.
That's what happened in Australia and New Zealand in the early 1990s -
they burnt any school books with Golliwogs in them -
any many other books.
I know a teacher who was there as books were put into the school incinerator.
It was an order from the education department
and it didn't get into the news -
it was all secret.

This act of censorship is not confined to books either...

There was the 'great' Beatles Album burning of the 60's in the US when John Lennon quipped that they were 'bigger than Jesus'.
