you are correct of course but then again she may have trained it to do just that.....the point being everyone could claim that when their dog attacks.....

No bad dogs - only bad owners....
What is of concern here is that the endless rhetoric about 'their rights' etc now leads some to think they can 'defend themselves' against the Captain Cook police in this way... as a right.. civil war creeps relentlessly closer....
On the news tonight - conditional bail - wonder if I'd get conditional bail if I set the dog on a cop and the cop was bitten or waved a nulla-nulla at the cops ...

I feel sorry for the dog -
it was only protecting its master and there is now
a 100% chance it will be destroyed by order of a magistrate.
It is sad. They'll probably put the dog down if they haven't already (I dont think I want to read the whole story). Dogs are just so loyal and this is the sh#t they get.
I was at a Magistrates court once waiting for my case to come up.
The magistrate read out 3 different one liners
about dogs -
each was similar to
"name of dog" bit someone -
dog ordered destroyed by a veterinarian.
That's all - just one line for each dog.
He was reading from something prepared by the local council and the police.
If a dog bites a human they are as good as dead.
The circumstances were not even discussed.
