(he's been 'attacked' by no less than six women that we know of - poor misunderstood buggar - this one got into him when she was sitting down with her back to him!! Cunning, no?).

Bit hard not to when she's got two black eyes, a nasal fracture, bruises around her neck from being dragged on the floor, and down her arm and on her chest... must've slipped on a cake of soap in the bathroom and landed badly, eh?

Those are the claims laid out in a civil case, counsellor... the standard of proof is somewhat different, as you know, and must never be permitted to pervade into criminal matters.... that Borderline must never be crossed lest we abandon totally the principle of John Adams long ago...
