Women are becoming exploiters of the law

Yes that is right many women take advantage of the law to deny their ex access to their children, for whatever reason.

I know a couple of men who have separated and the ex will not allow them to see the children.

So that must mean there are many more out there in this situation.

Now these guys have turned to drink and cry themselves sober because they cannot see their children.

From the victims that I know they suffer depression and generally shut themselves of from society turning to drink as comfort.

These people are a bomb waiting to go off, and picking up a gun and blowing the ex’s head off wouldn’t be beyond them in a moment of madness from this type of torment.

While I agree that there are men out there who are cold blooded killers, many have been driven into doing something out of character because of their circumstances.

So while we re-enforce that men have to respect women and I support this 100%, it also works the other way that women whether they like it or not should also respect men and their feelings.

its terrible I know that I have it first hand where the women has been irrational I am not sure anyone has the reason for it...but it is lousy and has nothing to do with the LAW.. the law is pretty even the facts are in most cases the man/father has to work at least 5 days a week so its very hard for him to be the main carer of the children...but the women doesnt get it all her own way if they cannot come to an agreement between themselves then the court will do it for them.......these men have to take these women to task because what they are doing both from the fathers side and the childrens is Wrong and very damaging....its time the courts stepped hard on women that do this its cruel and mostly out of spite.....

I am on your mates side Ajax I very get angry with women who behave like that..

it has been that way for decades.

If you want child support from the father, you should be allowed to visit or have the kids visit. The woman in the relationship should not be allowed to interfere with that unless it can be proven they are at risk.

A good start would be to in a divorce, separate the issue of child custody and the issue of the property settlement. All to often people say they want custody of the kids because custody means a bigger chuck of the settlement pie ... as well as a regular monthly stipend.
