200 years they have had to advance themselves beyond the primitives they were when a superior culture came along.

This is not new to the world, virtually every race on earth has been taken ove, at some time, by a superior race.
And each has progressed for the better for it.

Yes, I am sure of that.  Which Aborigine owned the land?  Name them. There was no theft or 'theft', not even indirectly.

Apart from the 233 years since the establishment of the settlement of Sydney, we alo had 120 years since the establishment of the Australian Commonwealth. EVERYONE, including Aborigines, are benefiting from that every day. Shouting about 'theft' when they should be counting their blessings and focusing of the opportunities they have BECAUSE of the end of their Stone Age existence is hypocritical.
If they dont like what the 'Romans'have ever done for them then they should stop using the gifts of civilisation, they should stop appropriating the benefits of civilisation only to denounce the arrival of it.

If they don't like civilisation they should go bush, not shout on the streets and the media both being Western imports with practically everything else they use to carry on about how terrible that the Stone Age ended for them and how said that everyone else is in favour of the achievements of the last 233 years.
