Cripes!Have you lot all forgotten the push from indigenous groups last year to change the word from "young" to "one"?
ScoMo has just complied with that push.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has joined calls to change the lyrics of the national anthem from "we are young and free" to "one and free" to reflect Indigenous Australians as the longest living culture in the world.
The comments were made on the morning of the second State of Origin match, a week after a number of players refused to sing the anthem during the first game, and during NAIDOC week, which celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander achievements and culture.
Speaking to ABC News on Wednesday, Ms Berejiklian said "it's about time" to recognise the 60,000 years of Indigenous history on this continent.
"And I think if we say, 'We're one and free', it acknowledges that we're not really young as a continent. We're tens of thousands of years old when it comes to human inhabitants."
Ms Berejiklian said it would not be the first time the anthem had been changed. The first line of the anthem, for example, has been changed from "Australia's sons let us rejoice" to the current lyrics, "Australians all let us rejoice".

Indigenous leaders back NSW Premier's call for national anthem amendment
Indigenous leaders have backed the NSW Premier's call for an amendment to the national anthem to better recognise Australia's history before colonisation.
On Wednesday morning, Gladys Berejiklian advocated changing the first line of the anthem from saying "we are young and free" to "we are one and free".
"As a very young school child I remember learning 'Australia's sons let us rejoice'. Today we sing 'Australians all let us rejoice'. Similarly I believe singing we are 'one' and free rather than 'young' and free will acknowledge our proud Indigenous history.
"There should be a national discussion on this involving all Australians including Indigenous Australians."
Aboriginal leader Warren Mundine, a former chairman of the Indigenous Advisory Council, also threw his weight behind the campaign.

Cathy Freeman’s call to change anthem
by Natalie Brown
26th Feb 2020 11:10 AM
Olympic gold medallist Cathy Freeman has broken her silence on the national anthem debate, joining a growing list of high-profile sporting figures pushing to change the lyrics of Advance Australia Fair.
Freeman, one of the nation's most respected Indigenous voices, expressed her support for the Recognition in Anthem Project.
Founded by former Victorian Supreme Court judge Peter Vickery QC, RAP launched its proposal for an updated version of the national anthem last year, with the aim to "achieve recognition of Australian values and our First Peoples in the Australian National Anthem".
Advance Australia Fair was first performed in 1878, but has had the lyrics revised three times to adjust to significant social and political change.
The RAP's proposal calls for just one word to be changed in the first verse, and would see the second and third verses replaced entirely to include recognition of Indigenous heritage, multiculturalism and trademark Australian values such as mateship.
In the first verse, "We are young and free" became "we are one and free" when it was performed at Ormiston Gorge, west of Alice Springs, in September.https://www.themorningbulletin.com.au/news/cathy-freemans-call-to-change-anthem/...or ...
Our Proposal: Recognition in Anthem Project
The aim of the Recognition in Anthem Project (RAP) is to achieve recognition of Australian values and our First Peoples in the Australian National Anthem.
Symbolism can never be a substitute for substance. The changes proposed for one of our most important national symbols will be no substitute for practical policies and structures designed to make real and lasting differences to the lives of our indigenous citizens. Rather, the changes are advanced in support of such policies and structures and will work alongside them.
The refreshed National Anthem aims to contribute an important strand to truth telling and the journey towards reconciliation. The human voice in song has a unique power to heal and advance positive change for every Australian. All strands need to be woven together to lift the weight.
New Lyrics
RAP presents an example of some fresh new lyrics called ‘Advance Australia Fair 2.0 - a Patriotic Song of Australia’.
(See below for the full new song. Also view an earlier version of the new piece on You Tube ‘sung from the heart at Australia’s heart’ at Ormiston Gorge, Alice Springs, at the launch on 15 September 2019, click HERE). Since then, following further consultation and input, the new lyrics have been polished and adopted for consideration.
The new lyrics aim to:
In Verse 1
Convert words of exclusion ‘for we are young’ to words of inclusion. Many Australians of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage find it difficult, if not impossible, to sing the present National Anthem ...
