Jelly Eggs. Yum.

Saw this neat short clip on how to make Jelly Eggs - full of good stuff like parika, ham, corn, peas and the Jelly made from meaty broth to set. Peel the shell from the eggs and both visually awesome but a great way to eat. Even with fruit. I've had them when young. Delicious.
