Becoming a republic would be going backwards for Australia why reduce out standards.

Australia doesn't have a Political 'Leader'.
It has two representatives from two other nations: The Governor-General for the UK and the Prime Minister for the USA. Both of these 'ambassador' like positions are NOT a true representation of Australia itself.

Only down through the ranks of Politics, from Federal, through the States, through the Electorates and Provincials and into the Shires. That's where you will find your Political Leader... walking through the towns and streets of the Common People of the Common Wealth. The type of Leader that puts 'Family First' - because that's where good leadership starts.

Jinping is that kind of Leader for the CCP.
