Being above the Law is always an Icarus experience for those who over-achieve.
But many like Putin, Jinping, some Arab and Trump - are.
Four little men of Blue Brunette Europe, Yellow Asia, Brown Middle-East and now Red Ranga Namerica - up there in the Four Regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

Really, it should be a Blonde Aryan Male as Political Leader in Namerica & Middle-East with an Alpha Blonde Aryan Female as Political Leader in Europe and Asia. That takes into account that Media/Entertainment (Royalty) rule Europe, Mathematics rules Asia, Military rules the Middle-East and only Namerica is ruled by Politics itself.
...but its not the 'orthodox' - instead the Political scene is ruled by a representatives of the premier 'Breeders' in those Regions. Politics is in the hands of the 'Common Man' from the general population. A Blue in Europe (Putin), a Yellow in Asia (Jinping), a Brown in Middle-East (currently hidden from public view) and now a Red in Namerica... that Fat Orange Man that the Media Circus calls him.

This is where World Politics is at the moment at the dawn of the New Age (after World War).
The irony is that Politics in the Northern Hemisphere has never been for 'the People'. It's always been the Institution, Industry and 'leaders' within its Ranks.
At the most, we see these four Individuals representing the 'Breeders' as the only real connection to empowering 'the People' - and the double whammy irony is that these Four Individuals from the Breeder's Pit are 'not' in it for the People. They are in it for themselves. A true 'corruption' of Politics that is dragging it through mud.

The World is going through a tight squeeze as the World's Climate goes erratically extreme, diseases and viruses rise from the filth of over-living the world's ability. Pollution and Rubbish created by the over-indulgent rich nations by 80%. Over-Population, World War, Economic breakdown where the Rich are seen 'richer' as more become poorer by a vast gap and many other 'tragedies' as these Four Political Leaders that emerged from the Breeding Pit DESTROY all that was, that has led to this moment in human history - where we must now all squeeze through an eye of a needle, down the waist of the hour-glass of sand and through the Birth Canal to come into the New Age.
...it is then, when the Old World of Time is destroyed, will the New Age begin. There a Blonde Male will rule over the Red Rangers in Namerica, a Blonde Female will rule over the Yellows of Asia, a Blonde Male (Lawrence) will rule over the Brown Mid-Easterners, a Blonde Female will rule over the Blue Europeans (German Chancellor has done well). These four will then show and lead the World to the New Political Way for the future.

Since when did it only apply to tinted folk?  It's been the way things are done here forever - and it is much more along class lines than ethnic etc lines... something that the tinteds could get a grip on and realise that in many cases they are merely subsets of a 'class' here ....
