Please self isolate yourself and everyone in your family/household.

You all need to stay at home, have your groceries delivered and make sure that you only leave the house for medical treatment after you've called ahead, don't just rock up.

And wear a mask when you go.

Stay safe and don't infect anyone else.

I’m dreading what the numbers of infections are in tomorrow’s news.

And there is talk of stage 4 restriction!

What does stage 4 entail?

I feel like escaping but I’m hiding instead.

Point Cook had a police raid for some party happening!

WTF is wrong with these people not taking this seriously???

Do some think they are exempt from it? Think it’s a hoax? Think people losing their business is fun and games?

Fine the arse out of the wrong doers. I’m so disgusted.

My son went to Wonthaggi to get a work trailer and as he was on the way past the road to Phillip Island, a popular holiday destination, the police had a road block there, my son has work signage on his vehicle and police motioned him to keep going... but many others did a U-turn to avoid the police and getting fined. This was last Thursday, first day of lockdown.
What my son did was phone police first see if it was permissible for him to travel to that destination.

And many others just drive to where they want for non work related reasons.
See.... many don’t take it seriously.

Why are some people in denial?i

What’s noticeable, initially, only one of us on this forum knew of someone with covid.
Then another forum member found out about a friend dying from covid.
And now an actual member on this forum (Jasin?) may have it.

Second wave is here and more worrying for some reason because many are not taking it seriously and are belligerent to political and medical advice.

What’s the bet stage 4 lockdown is on the cards?

It’s just a matter of timing now... when?

Dunno - he's worried about his wife and kids.

Any decent boss would pay him, even if he doesn't have any accrued leave.

The doctor (I assume it was a medical doctor) did the right thing sending him off for the test.

Lucky he didn't go to Dr Scoot - he would have told him to go home, kiss the wife and kids, and then throw a huge party for everyone in the neighbourhood.
