New Poll on wearing masks

Gallup has released their latest poll detailing how Americans' Face Mask Usage Varies Greatly by Demographics.

What is unlikely to surprise many is that the COVID-19 Pandemic has been successfully politicised to the point where it explains a lot of what we're seeing when it comes to hotspots and red states.

You can see the full breakdown from the link above but Trump's message that he wouldn't wear a mask (which full disclosure, nearly 6 months after the first recorded case in the US he finally was seen wearing a mask) has resonated down through his tribalistic political followers, cultists even, who are proud of not wearing their masks or practising social distancing.

72% of adults wear a mask "Always" or "Very Often" when outside of the house

Breakdown by Party ID:
Deomocrats: 94%
Independaents: 68%
Republicans: 46%

However, 27% of Republicans say they "Never" wear a mask when outside the house.

It's as if Trump has a business selling coffins that he's trying to give plenty of business to...

Nobody would be surprised if that's true.

The funny thing is, that business would fail too.

The death industry is guaranteed to have new customers every single day, for eternity, yet Trump would find a way to send that business broke too.

Here are some examples of why Trump needs to stop politicising the issue start doing the right thing.

A comparison of some Before Vs After tweets from Trump supporters made before Trump wore a mask and was actively fighting it vs after he was seen wearing one in public.

surprised they arent mandatory on public transport.

also time for the handshake to go

also time for a massive tax on sugar and higher taxation for fatties.

diabetes and obesity are huge risk factors and if we are going to tax cigarettes, we should be taxing fast food and sugar .

annual weigh in at your doctors could then determine the loading on your health insurance premium
