you do understand by doing this in 3rd world countries they buy that countries loyalty dont you????..

they also take over their "investments" if the country defaults......they have at least taken over two ports in two countries that have defaulted....and now run them as they would their own in CHina....

They build the roads for example, they collect the tolls. Much the same as when Transurban agrees to pay to build a road in exchange for the next 30 years of tolls.

no cods. You're just upset because they're Chinese. We have thousand of foreign companies invest in country every year and not a peep from you .. but for some reason when it's the Chinese, its a bad thing.

I don't particularly agree with foreign investment, but until we can come up with another way to fund these things we're stuck with them. If we're stuck with them, then I don't see why we should treat the Chinese any different to any other foreign investor
