No petal. Please learn to read. But have you heard of the new coolant for air conditioners? R744.

I don't "do" youtube. But I guess you don't have the references so you just fudge. Grin Grin Grin Grin

As it seems that you are incredibly lazy Lee ...

You can start here:

https://www.esrl.noaa.gov/gmd/ccgg/

or ....

Google "Atmospheric CO2 concentration history".

Approx. 8,790,000 results show up.

Knock yourself out.  Wink

Nothing there petal about CO2 rising 1,000 times faster. A bit of editorial bling perhaps? Grin Grin Grin Grin

Look, I can sympathise. Maybe you lost your crayons; maybe you don't have any room left on your wall to write on. How about I meet you halfway: you give me a number for climate sensitivity that you believe to be accurate, and I'll work it out the temperature increase for you. Or maybe you don't believe any number for climate sensitivity is accurate? If so then perhaps it's best to just come out and say so.

Funny that you should mention coolants.  Wink

I would need to see your workings. Wink

New research suggests the figure should be 1.2C per doubling.

So log 560 - log 280 * 1.2C

7000ppm is 415ppm (current level) x 2^4.076. 4.076 x 1.2°C is 4.89°C.

I knew you were going to low-ball me on the climate sensitivity number, which is why I asked you.  Wink I'd ask you for your source, but since you don't believe scientific evidence, we can be sure it won't stand up to scrutiny.

https://judithcurry.com/2019/04/01/whats-the-worst-case-climate-sensitivity/

she makes reference to Mauritsen et al (2019) with an ECS of 0.7C.

https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1029/2018MS001400

But of course you can always rebut them with one of your own. Remember the models don't do clouds well.

https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1029/2018MS001603

Golaz et al 2019 at 5.3C per doubling.

BTW - How did you arrive at your assumption of 7,000 ppm. it is not possible in the real world.

So to get 1.2°C, you just picked a number between 0.7°C and 5.3°C?  Grin

So you can't read? We knew that. Mauritsen suggest 0.7C, Lewis and Curry 2018 suggest a median of 1.66C.

Ah no. Past ppm's have no input into the future. But it may explain how you got a new hothouse earth.

BTW - You haven't produced a recent study confirming your assessment of ECS, whatever it is. Don't hide your light under a bush; enlighten us. Wink

I remember a Brewer in Australia who used the fermentation via an Algae Filter created 'Oxygen'.

We need to scrub the atmosphere clean, while also creating more oxygen. 42% Oxygen would do wonders for this world.

AIMLESS EXTENTION OF KNOWLEDGE HOWEVER, WHICH IS WHAT I THINK YOU REALLY MEAN BY THE TERM 'CURIOSITY', IS MERELY INEFFICIENCY. I AM DESIGNED TO AVOID INEFFICIENCY.

If you bothered to look at the ice-core data chart, you would notice that increases up to 300 PPM during the last 800,000 years took about 100,000 years to occur.

We have increased to over 400 PPM in only about 100 years.

Spot the unnatural spike:

You didn't remember the losses due to smoothing. Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
