NT Correctional Services stopped all social visits to prisoners by family and friends and ceased prisoner work party camps in the community in mid-March.

The Aboriginals 'volunteered' to go to prison because it was a safer 'rehab' and 'isolation' from all the grog/drug influences out there. They were better off in the Prisons - safe from social harm that has infected this country worse than Corona.

City Prisons seem otherwise. They obviously have a lot of energy on their hands to riot. The Prisoners are 'harder' than the Prisons itself, it seems.
We need to introduce 'slavery' and put these 'freeloaders' to work like the old days that made this country great.

Pretty simple.... look at how the Social Security system was organised in the first place - and all Entitlements (not ™) are precisely that - Entitlements.... and thus can never be 'welfare'.

"Welfare" is the intended outcome - Social Security is the way we do it here... and nobody on Social Security can be considered a 'welfare recipient' despite the now decades of propaganda designed to make of them second class citizens.  They are Social Security Recipients....
