Sinophobia? I am not so sure.

The governments of China and Russia recognize that they are heirs to civilization-states and the governments of both those countries are aggressively promoting the interests of Russosphere and Sinosphere.

But English-speakers are claimed to be "racists" when they make that same distinction, that English-speaking nations share a common identity and values.
