Yes, and that is because the general public are technically ignorant on the matter and do not understand that a RC is merely administrative in nature.  Of course, the Report of a RC is always a generous well of headlines the schmedia can draw from for commercial, political or other purposes.

he is very naive if he expects us to believe he didnt have a clue.....I have had a fair bit of sympathy for Pell over this  but this is too much of a stretch.....priests being moved around     and no reasons given.....ummmmmmmmmmm
