Indeed and unsanitary nightmares of “wet markets” need to be called out for what they are and banned and banished as rapidly as possible.

So it isn’t likely that the virus was created and leaked by the Wuhan lab but just barely possible that the people with the two variants of the disease visited the market and spread it there and the market then massively spread the disease.

I prefer Occam’s Razor—the simples explanation is usually the correct one. The market caused the COVID19 pandemic.

So - that is Monk's evidence?

Report authors say that the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 jumped to
people from animals sold at the market on two occasions in late 2019 —

but some scientists want more definitive evidence.
