FD never answers me.   Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

Aw. poor, Bobby.  Not to worry, FD doesn't answer questions from anybody.  He considers them beneath him.  Only he has the right to ask questions and expects everybody to answer him.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

No you didn't.

What you seem to be saying is that if you make statements of fact like "all muslims support genocide", I'm supposed to see into it some invisible disclaimer that reads something like "nah, just kidding".

For the rest of us, we simply don't state something as fact that we don't actually know is fact.

No? Well, how about porkies?

Is it possible you could be wrong about this Gandalf?

That is impossible.

Believers are the 'rightly guided' people.

And the 'rightly guided' people are inerrant,     so long as they believe, and obey, the book of truth [the Koran].

It is the disbelievers [who disobey Allah and disobey ISLAMIC law] who are always in error.

Because THEY, are not 'rightly guided'.      [...because they disobey Allah and disobey ISLAMIC law.]

WWW search
Those who believe, are the rightly guided

"Those who believe and obscure not their belief by wrongdoing, theirs is safety; and they are rightly guided."
Koran 6.82

n.b.
In following the commands of Allah [in the Koran] the believer is the rightly guided person.

The believer has that assurance from Allah.

Allah stated this [in the Koran].

Ergo;    There is nothing more to argue about.

Those who believe, are correct [i.e. rightly guided].

Those who disbelieve, are in error.

And that logical truth, is taught, in every mosque.

You have stated twice in this thread already that its a muslim thing.

What is it with you and stating things as fact only for you to reveal later you had no idea was fact in the first place?

No I don't believe in it -
it's religious nonsense.

However   1.2 billion Catholics do.
They think the Pope is infallible.

Bobby, there is a difference between what the Church proclaims and what Catholic laity believe.  Roll Eyes

Just as there is a difference between what most Muslims believe and what Islam proclaims...  Roll Eyes

You appear to believe that being a member of a religion immediately robs a person of independent thought and views on a matter.

Gandalf, Muhammad only claimed to be infallible when officially speaking on God's behalf. Is your own infallibility better than Muhammad's?

No no FD, you've got your clever meme, you run with it. Don't let me spoil all your fun with boring things like facts and common sense.

Meanwhile, have you worked out the problem with saying something could be wrong while simultaneously maintaining that it is true (quotes in reply# 12 if you need reminding)?

Just by being a Catholic you must believe in the doctrine of the infallibility of the Pope.
It's the same as Muslims believe that they can't be wrong.

You haven't discussed this with many Catholics, have you, Bobby?  Roll Eyes

Australian Catholics are perhaps more independent than most Catholics.  Few would accept that the Pope was supposedly infallible.

Gandalf does it bother you that "hey look over there!" doesn't work after claiming you are infallible?
