I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever that Morrison is a criminal.

You are entitled to your belief Greg....I put it down to incompetence and collusion within the organisation....If there was transparency and accountability we could see who benefited from these deals....Until then it is only speculation that Morrison acted illegally or that he was the only one....Do you really believe Morrison will ever clear this up and admit he is either incompetent or a criminal Greg....My guess is he is both???

Poor old Greggy is pretty slow but he is slowly realizing he has made a fool of himself by stupidly posting stuff from the Kangaroo Court and so he is making up more FAKE NEWS to try to save face.

ScoMo was vastly more talented than the other mediocrity in the Tourism dept and being a natural leader he took over running the Tourism with hot ads and bypassing the other impediments in the dept.

Frumpish old Fran became scared that ScoMo was setting up to push her out (which he was) but she eventually out maneuvered ScoMo and got him out.

A few docs were not strictly by the book but of no consequence as ScoMo produced good ads.
