Its in the whistleblower statute. Think for a minute and ask yourself why NO ONE is publicly outing him? Do you think there is a single republican congressman who would not release the name to curry favour with Trump if it were not a quick trip to jail?? Even foxnews has instructed its talking heads to NOT mention the name for the same reason.
