Well yes it is a justified way to label them as so.
For Islam is empowered by the 'Group' mentality, more than their 'Leadership' of any individual gain. The cliche - 'out-populate' your enemy effort is evidence of this.
The Jews place emphasis on being rich, individual, successful.
