The Media obviously resents Trump because he was not created by them and he not under their control and and that's why they try to destroy him bit by bit.
The Media seems to think that they Politically represent the USA and not Trump. But what they are showing is the Political hate against the USA via their Media. Trump, despite his flaws - is standing firm of Ironfoot (The Iron Clad Monitor)

When you looked under the MSM veneer of Hillary - something very different and vile appeared.

You've got things around the wrong way.

The media loved Trump in the beginning.  They gave him free publicity because of his outlandish claims and unorthodox behaviour dew views.  His rallies got far more attention than they deserved because of his celebrity status.

But with that coverage comes scrutiny.  Security Trump has never, ever been able to take.  People were able to fact check his claims and so often those checks came back false because, as we've come to know very well, he's a liar.

But it didn't stop the media covering him, in fact it leads to more coverage.  And once he was in office it wasn't people scrutinising his plans, but judging his performance.  And it was then that he started turning on the media.  They'd got him elected and their usefulness was done.

Looking back, Trump ego made him unable to accept that his inauguration crowd was smaller than Obama's.  The media reported this and one of his first official actions as the inaugurated President was to lie to the press about the weather and his crowd sizes.

And it only got worse for Trump.  They kept reporting his comments that quoted verbatim made him look like an ignorant fool in wll over his head.  Healthcare is hard, who knew!?

So Trump had to ratchet up his war against the truth, his war against the facts.  So the media became the enemy.  They report what he's doing, he's not happy with their reporting, rather than looking in the mirror at what he's doing, he blamed them.

All the while the digital groundswell in the form of Qanon had been growing.  They were manufacturing the conspiracies that were favourable to Trump.  He's doing all these things behind the scenes and they're so important that they have to be secret so not only can they not be verified, Trump and his team have to play dumb and pretend not to know anything about them when asked.  The sort of well-crafted conspiracies where the total lack of evidence is proof that it's true, in the minds of the true believers anyway.

Anyone interested in objective reality just laughs at these fools, but their vote counts just as much as anyone else.

The only media outlets that were Ok were the ones that didn't question the Trump narrative, the ones that didn't fact check and the once who repeated the conspiracies and the claims Trump wanted that had surfaced online, so Trump would watch and comment about them himself and then those media outlets would report on them as if they came from the President, when in reality he got it from them first.

The Fox News, the Breitbarts, the OAN they're the only ones still going out of their wait to push the Trump narrative over the truth.  Shep Smith and Chris Wallace are risking Trump's support of Fox, one down, one to go.

It's the job of the media to report the facts, but Trump can't handle that so he's painting them as liars pushing fake news and treasonous enemies of the state.

And too many people believe it because, like those cheering the notion of this thread, they can't handle the truth.

Although I guess he and his team have been exposing their own corruption with the Ukrainian call by releasing an incriminating call summary and admitting to the Quid Pro Quo, even when none is needed.
