They are going to kill each other in the end anyway, its what Muslims do, it might be a good time to step back and let it happen, in fact get the hell out of the whole middle east.

The 70,000 Muslim women and kids, (a ready army) at al-Hawl  refugee camp are awaiting a breakout.

The big issue here is that the Kurds are snatching land. They don't want to give up some of the land they've occupied from Isis and they want independence. It's been IRAQ for a long time and they have no right to do that.

So what happens to the US alliance with the Shia Iraqi Army if the US backs the Kurds? This is more than just Turkey. The Iraqi Army and the Kurds aren't friends. They both have interests in the same territory.

Trump Invites a New Killing Field

Trump’s betrayal of the Kurds isn’t just immoral—there’s no strategic reason for it.
By FRED KAPLAN

Quote:
It is hardly the first time that the United States has betrayed the Kurds, but President Donald Trump’s announcement on Sunday—that he’s pulling U.S. troops out of northern Syria and allowing the Turkish army to mow the Kurds down—is particularly shocking (even the Turks were surprised) and harmful to U.S. security too.

The likely consequences of Trump’s actions are not some unforeseen side effect; he acknowledged, and even welcomed, them explicitly. A statement released by the White House noted that Trump spoke with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan by phone. It then went on:

Turkey will soon be moving forward with its long-planned operation into Northern Syria. The United States Armed Forces will not support or be involved in the operation, and United States forces, having defeated the ISIS territorial “Caliphate,” will no longer in the immediate area.

In other words, Trump was telling Erdogan: Come on in. You’ll have an open field for killing.

For several years now, through the Obama and Trump administrations, Washington has relied on the Syrian Kurdish militia as the most potent fighters against ISIS, also known as the Islamic State. About 11,000 Kurds died in that fight. Now that they’ve played the lead role in ousting ISIS from its territory, Trump is abandoning them.

AND WHY SHOULD THE USA (Trump) DO SOMETHING THAT THE UNITED NATIONS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOING FROM THE START, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS THE BRITISH WHO DREW UP THE LINES ON THE OLD MAPS THAT IGNORED THE EXISTENCE OF THE KURDS.

Get a Dog up ya AiA. You should see the Big Picture one day, outside your 'little' USA.

You might find that the Turks will regret turning on the Kurds.
When the Greeks invade to liberate the once great land of Anatolia with it's capital 'Troy'.
Last thing the Turks will want is a resurgence of Kurd empowerment to help the Greeks out.  Wink

Don't worry bra.
Everything taken care of.  Wink
Why do you think the Greeks have gone Nazi-like in their 'underground movement'.

But the US did back the Kurds until they defeated ISIS and now under Donald Trump they are being sacrificed because Trump did a deal with Turkey....Who would ever trust the USA under this President???

The justification for war in Iraq was fabricated bullshit and was what created ISIS in the first place....You have a very selective memory when the truth exposes you as a sycophant who would excuse anything the Republicans do....Iraq was a war crime and the United States cannot be trusted to tell the truth....Democrats and Republicans are both cut from the same cloth....George Lucas used the USA as a template for the Evil Empire in Star Wars and got it spot on!!!

So do you want the US in or out of the ME?

Let them go hammer and tong and leave the ME for Allah to sort out.

Trying to contain these people and their beliefs is impossible.
