As to defamation:

1. My claims are true.

2. It is worthwhile for the truth to come out so people do not act on bad advice based on a grifter’s lies. Some people even move house to escape the “new little ice age.”

The old snake oil sellers in the old west just took a little money and provided a bit of entertainment in a pre-TV, pre-Radio and pre-Internet age.

We know that people are being robbed of a lot of money via internet scams, mobile phone scams, phishing emails etc and no entertainment offered in return.

Dubyne is in the public using his real name spreading garbage science. He and anyone else in the public spotlight should expect to be challenged on what they say.

From what I have seen you're pretty much against AGW - no doubt you disagree and point out flaws you see to anyone in the public, does this also count as defamation or is it selective because it does not fit your narrative?

I'm really not sure how someone calling another person "homosexual" is defamation of character, unless you believe homosexuality to be a negative thing? Even if that is the case, it does not meet the definitions of defamation.

Dubyne would need to prove how this has harmed his reputation, and I'm sorry but there really is no evidence to support that claim.

You are really grasping at straws here. Much like the GSM scam artists, so in that analogy you're in good company.
