Anyway - we all know that the non-convict settlements of SA and WA attracted all the real losers from Offshore, way back when they started up... anyone with something to hide went to the non-convict colonies, as opposed to the fine upstanding convict stock, convicted for a loaf of bread etc, who peopled the others ...

That's why SA and WA have the highest rate of serial killers and rapists and barrel stuffers etc...all the 'remittance men'** went to those colonies as opposed to the others...
