Robert Mugabe, the dictator who has ruled Zimbabwe since its independence in 1980, has died in Singapore, aged 95.

It is believed he had been receiving treatment for cancer there since April.

Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa confirmed his death on Twitter.

“It is with the utmost sadness that I announce the passing on of Zimbabwe’s founding father and former President, Cde Robert Mugabe,” he tweeted.

Indeed.

Just as Americans will be dancing in the street on the day that I start a thread with the title "Trump dead at last".

From an already Topic in 'Global'

Re: Robert Mugabe dies aged 95
Reply #2 - Today at 5:25pmQuote Modify The Great Mugabe who used force to reclaim lands to both his 'Farming' peoples (Shona & Nbele), which were taken 'by force' by the brutal
RHODES
regime and Dictatorship. Rhodes also used deceit, lies and propaganda (
"They are nothing more than primitive Hunter-Gatherer people."
) Rhodes did all this for both Britain and himself. Giving the 'stolen' lands to fellow White 'Colonisers' in an effort to 'out populate' the locals Shona & Nbele and displace them elsewhere.

Little wonder that Britain worked up Sanctions to seige Mugabe's 'Liberated' Zimbabwe and while all of Mugabe's Loyalists and Fans were fed barely. Britain's loyalists and supporters were left to starve. But British Propaganda (Media) always painted a story that it was Mugabe's people starving. Sure, they were hungry - what could he do when the British got support to Sanction his country?  Huh But 'his' supporters fared better than the British ones left on the outskirts and unsupported by Britain.

Mugabe may not have pleased anyone with his 'forceful' methods - but he was there to do one thing and that was to bite Britain in the arse for its corrupt 'Dictatorship' and 'Occupation' of Zimbabwe.

We all know Western Propaganda!  Roll Eyes Yep - South African Apartheid: Where 'Boers' were made out to be 'Racists' against 'All Blacks'. In reality, the Boers had many Xhosian tribes (Zulu were an independent 'anti-British' tribe) on their side and were getting an upper hand on the British and their 'paid for' Coloureds (first choice) and 'Blacks' (which is what the British called them. Boers called each tribe by its proper name - not a 'colour'). Then the British had to call on Australians and New Zealanders to help them.

The Boers were 'Farmers' who never took occupied tribal lands. They were not Military, not Political. That was Britain's expertise as it used it to turn the country into a hell hole for ages until recently when even Britain slyly used Mandela as its scapegoat to say that the original Boers would have enslaved him (like he was via a 'Politically' created nation via Britain) - when in truth they would not have.

[edit]
Mugabe was a Great Man.
I know. I've slept with one of his hot female Colonels.  Cheesy

Mugabe kicked British arse and its Dictator out of Zimbabwe and 'took' the Shona & Nbele lands back from the 'Colonists' planted there by the British.

Zimbabwe is a Great Example of the Evil side of the British.
USA is just as bad feeding foriegn Dictators to ruin their own countries.

Mugabe did nothing for his people. He did do a lot for his relatives and buddies.

It went from the food basket of Africa to being dependent on imports

Aww butthurt Pecker.
Was Mugabe just another who didn't play by you 'Media' rules?  Huh

Politics in Africa causes Division.
Sport is one example, that doesn't and Mandela knew that.
Mandela forgave the Boers, but I don't think he forgave the Politics that the British brought to his homeland.

Nobody wants Zimbabwe muppet. Which country in their right mind would want to adopt that mess? Trump's a nationalist. He's more interested in America's booming economy.

Yes - he did a lot for 'his' people.
He did SFA for their 'British' loyalists and colonists.

If some Ching or Moslem
Rhodes-like-Dictator
took over Australian and gave the best of everything to Chinese and Moslems only.
I too would do a Mugabe and 'take back' all that was ours - with force if necessary!  Angry
Traitors like Peccary who loved working for the Chingers or Moslems would of course, cry blue murder against me - as he starved on the outskirts of this country waiting for a parachute of hope from the now kicked out Chings or Moslems.

Talk about a bunch of Media slurpers. You guys swallowed everything they gave you!  Grin

"His" - How. Both Shona and Nbele? not likely.

If Mugabe was so good why is the country starving? They had the seed.
