More likely that they only go for the easy meat.
Its far too hard and they know it will bring down hell on them is they attack muzzo abuse or abuse from nasty nasty indian rapists.

So they simply keep quiet about the real abuse and damage, while attacking those who dont really do anything wrong.

Sort of like attacking and destroying butterflies in the garden while leaving the slugs to eat everything because its too hard.
