In fact America ranks 17th. Australia ranks 5th.

According to the Human Freedom Index the US is at 17th place. They compare economic freedoms such as freedom to trade, amount of regulations and tax levels, plus personal freedoms such as women's rights and religious freedom.

Trump is the first post-war POTUS who is not the leader of the free world. MAGA doesn't include that, by definition.

BTW, the footage I saw of the protestors had them carrying the Union Jack, not the Stars and Stripes.

Americans might have a lot of Political Freedom to do what they want. While in such other things like Art, Economics and a few others. They are not 'Free' at all.
Considering the 'Political' population of the USA is shrinking, unlike the Art population, or Religious population - that are growing and surpassed the Political around 2000.

I know I'm 'free' to do whatever I want here in Australia.
As Agnes knows. I love my 'freedom' more than anything.
If I step overseas - then that's another story.

Despite some bogus claims - America is still the No 1 for freedom. But freedom needs constant work to maintain and America has been asleep. Particularly with strengthening the almost non-existent antitrust laws.

However now they're waking up, so look out lefty's - your time is coming to an end!
