Leave him alone. I am called "anorexic" because I eat what I want, when I want and not put on weight. Slender it used to be called. FAT people are just jealous.
Violet, I was the same in some similar context. I would overeat during my teenage years. I could eat a lot and not gain much weight, and burn off the meals quickly. The thing was that I was still growing right up through my late teens. I slept 9 hours a night. And my parents usually served healthy meals. McDonalds was not part of the fast food treats until I was 13 years old. In high school, I had to ride my bike to and from school, 4km a day. We had physical education 3 times a week (including 1 theory class). That meant the activities usually started with us doing a 300m warm-up jog each lesson.
These days, my meals are still relatively fatty. I consume a fast food meal once a week. I have only just finished a bottle of 1.25L Coca Cola. And jogging depends on how much my heels hurt. I walk 5km a night 3 nights a week. Because of the sugar content and fat in my meal, I will be on a jog for atleast 1km of this walk tonight.
Violet, if you are still young -- say, 20 years old or younger -- can I suggest not to be complacent about how good your body can handle eating a lot. It happened to me, and it will happen to you. But, your metabolism will slow down. And even if you are still active and healthy, your body will change as you reach 30. I wish I had shown my body much more respect and just not drank alcoholic drinks as much. I would be doing very well had I was sober more often.
