So is this thing going to court or not, I am keen to see what powers an employer has about an employees social net presence.

I am especially keen to see how the law interprets an organisations motherhood statements when looking at an employees social pages.

Yes, it's going to the Federal Court (unless Folau The Fleecer backs down before it gets there).

Plenty of case law on social media, so you don't have to wait:

Of course, the luvvies here were born straight. Our eyes aren't developed at birth, nor our sexual organs. In fact we are born without a vocabulary to even define the basic terms of human relationships. The luvvies 'just knew', man. F orgive me if my burden of proof is a bit more demanding.

Did you choose to be heterosexual?

I know without pondering too hard that there was a  periiod of years when I wasn't even aware of the basic ideas. I wasn't born sexual; hetero or otherwise.

So, you're only interested in this particular case - not the many others that have come before it.

You should have said that from the beginning.

I'm still amazed at the outrage on Folau'ss behalf by the very same mob calling for the head of Yassmin Abdel-Mageid.

She didn't say anyone was going to hell either. She just asked us to be compassionate.

Sure and be certain to tell him to repent as the end is nigh, okay?

That line suits you better.

Repent Aussie for the end is nigh.

Rev 20        KJV

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

You're not suggesting that it's not about the principle  at all, are you Greg?

Freedom of speech when we like what's being said, and all that? Enemy of my enemy?

The case law is varied.

Some unfair dismissals have been overturned, some haven't.

By studying some of the previous cases, you can get an idea of how The Fleecer's case will go.

Nothing definite, but an idea.

From the case law I've read, he's got a real fight in front of him.

I don't hate anyone.

Not a single person on the planet.

That's where you and I differ a great deal.
