Israel did not actually vilify anyone. But we must accept that gays are so sensitive to criticism they will go looking for it on facebook and we must protect them from their own lack of self control.

How do you know what was in his contract ? The fact is that there is nothing about this in his contract. It would likely be illegal to restrict his religious beliefs or expression of them in an employment contract.
