If they do believe in God and hell surely they realise that what they do is stated in the bible as a sin?

Now, if they know it's a sin, and they believe, surely they must realise that they will go to hell and that they should repent and stop sinning?

They don't believe in hell and God and therefore what Israel says is nothing more than fantasyland stuff and as such they should not care?
