I like the sound of Koszciuszko... it's different ... kinda like Ayers Rock.... I might call it Snowtop Hill myself.... doesn't matter what you call it, it's still the same, and most people know it as Mt Koszciuszko.

Let's stick with the majority name - not the want from twenty locals.....they can call it whatever they like... for now, adios.

When did they worship it? Never heard of any ceremonies etc on top during Winter... same as Ayers Rock - never heard of any ceremony, just the same 'spiritual attachment' as was once felt by all Australians to a natural wonder. No big deal feeling good about climbing the bastard... many have done it and felt the same... plenty of Booris didn't climb it - too much like work... and only a group of ten to fifteen around at any given time anyway... nothing to see here people.
