I think this is a very old video when Gillard+Krudd Labor was still in power and Abbo was just giving lip service to the Carbon tax SCAM to try to avoid upsetting the ignorant gullibles who are so thick and dumb they cannot see thru the CLIMATE CHANGE SCAM.

Abbo says "IF WE WERE IN GOVT" which seems to give this whole Greeny lie session away.

But once Abbo was in the saddle he quickly dumped the Carbon Tax SCAM into the garbage.

CLIMATE CHANGE is a SCAM - get used to it.
